With over 10 years’ experience working in five-star hotels, Michelin-starred kitchens, superyachts and ski chalets, our Owner and Director, Max Alexander, brings a wealth of expertise to ensure your event runs seamlessly.

Max’s diverse background allows him to adapt Beef and Leaf to suit each event perfectly, whether it’s an intimate celebration or a large-scale occasion.

A bit about Max

Hello! I'm Max, a chef and entrepreneur with a passion for food and hospitality.

Since my early teens, I’ve always been found in front of the stove or chopping away with keen interest.

I believe food is one of the most fascinating aspects of life, with incredible diversity across the world.

Having worked in a wide range of establishments, I’ve experienced a variety of cuisines and styles, along with the privilege of living and working internationally for several years.

Now, I use my experience to bring high-quality catering to you and your event. No task is beyond me, and if I can’t do it, someone I know certainly can. With this wealth of experience, I am confident I can create bespoke menus for every event, ensuring results that you and your guests will thoroughly enjoy.

Beef and Leaf started in 2025, following three years of living and working abroad. The idea was inspired by the rise of casual dining and spotting a high demand for this style of food. In its first few months, Beef and Leaf served over 10,000 meals and continues to receive excellent reviews.
