Chef Max Alexander founded Beef and Leaf in summer 2025, bringing more than a decade of hospitality experience to bespoke event catering.
Max’s career spans five-star hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants, superyachts and ski chalets. He oversees every menu, from relaxed street food to private dining and weddings.
Our self-contained Airstream caters at venues and outdoor locations across the UK. Artisan pizza van catering joins our offering in early spring 2027.
We prioritise British produce from trusted farms, butchers and suppliers. Quality ingredients, traceability and thoughtful presentation guide everything we serve.
