Beef and Leaf was founded by Chef Max Alexander in summer 2025. From day one, the business hit the ground running, quickly establishing itself and serving tens of thousands of meals in its first few months.

Following Max’s professional training and career in hospitality, his experience spans 5 star hotels, Michelin starred restaurants, super yachts, and ski chalets. Beef and Leaf was created with a vision to bring high end street food across the country, while also evolving to offer a wider range of catering services beyond street food, as showcased in our services pages.

Being fully mobile allows Beef and Leaf to reach almost any location. Our stylish trailer fits perfectly on a driveway, in a field, or at your workplace, and we can provide our own power even in remote areas.

Wherever your event takes place, we will make it possible.

We prioritise British produce, ensuring every dish is made with high quality ingredients and full traceability across our menu. We work closely with farms and butchers to source the best sustainable beef available.

With over a decade of experience, Max personally oversees menu creation to ensure every event is tailored to suit the occasion and your guests.
